Która z nas nie miała takiego okresu w życiu, takiej sytuacji, która wyniosła nas na wyżyny rozczarowania, bólu i poczucia, że już gorzej być nie może. A potem często się okazywało, że może być jeszcze gorzej a my czułyśmy, że rozpadamy się na milion małych kawałeczków, z bezsilności, w czarnej dziurze, którą zaserwowało nam niespodziewanie życie.
Co wtedy? Jak się pozbierać i ze spokojem budować swój świat na nowo?
Każda z nas jest inna i może inaczej reagować w zawirowaniach naszego życia. Jednak każda z nas ma to COŚ, które należy poszukać w sobie. Jest to nasza pasja, hobby, zamiłowanie. I nawet jeśli uważasz, że jesteś taka zwyczajna, nie masz żadnych talentów to COŚ jest w nas i cierpliwie czeka na odkrycie. To COŚ może wskazać nam nowe pomysły lub możliwości, o których wcześniej nawet nie pomyślałaś. Może podpowiedzieć niezwyczajne rozwiązania.
Ja w chwili jednego z moich życiowych zakrętów usiadłam i postanowiłam poszukać siebie w sobie. Zawsze uważałam, że jestem taka przeciętna, zwyczajna i nie posiadam żadnych wybitnych talentów. Lecz czy w takiej sytuacji chodzi o COŚ wybitnego. Dlaczego nie zacząć od rzeczy, które zwyczajnie dają nam radość, lekkość i taką wewnętrzną wolność. Wtedy uświadomiłam sobie, że taniec i muzyka od dzieciństwa sprawiały mi przyjemność. Dawały mi wewnętrzną swobodę.
Postanowiłam zapisać się na kurs tanga argentyńskiego. Wiedziałam, że nagle nie stanę się Prima Balerina jednak nie taki był cel. Taniec był dla mnie odskocznią od tych wszystkich zawirowań, które jak burza z piorunami szalały w moim otoczeniu. Tango argentyńskie pozwoliło mi na zmianę otoczenia, nabranie dystansu i spojrzenie na życie z kompletnie innej perspektywy. Muzyka otulała moje uszy a ruch wprawia moje ciało w przyjemne działanie. Zaczęłam częściej wyjeżdzać na międzynarodowe festiwale, maratony tanga argentyńskiego. Poznawać ludzi, którzy też mieli taką sama pasję jak ja. W pewnym momencie życia podjęłam decyzje o przeprowadzce do Luksemburga. Od czego zaczęłam poznawanie tego państwa?
Tak, zgadłaś. Od zajęć w szkole tanga argentyńskiego.
Uważam, że zawsze warto zajrzeć w głąb siebie. Tam kryją się indywidualne rozwiązania. Za pomocą naszych pasji z łatwością możemy te ukryte możliwości wydobyć na zewnątrz by mieć energię do pięknego życia.
Z perspektywy czasu na pewno zauważysz, że życie zawsze będzie się toczyło swoim rytmem. Od Ciebie zależy jakie podejmiesz działania.
Ja uważam, że poszukiwanie siebie w sobie, pozwoli nam na odkrycie:
- swoich pasji,
- talentów,
- indywidualnych możliwości.
One pozwolą nam z przyjemnością przejść czasem krętą i burzliwą drogę zwaną Życiem. I nawet jeśli życie nie raz i nie dwa mi przysłowiową „nogę podstawia” teraz mogę tanecznym krokiem iść do przodu i działać z energią tanga argentyńskiego.
